2026 Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Utilities Survey
Safe, reliable and high-quality water is an essential part of a healthy community, yet it’s a resource that’s often taken for granted. Have you ever thought about what it takes to ensure you have top-quality water? It takes a lot! Treatment plants, pump stations, thousands of miles of pipe and hundreds of staff all work together to deliver the best water possible to your faucet. Then we treat everything that goes down your drain to state and federal requirements to ensure it’s safe for other communities further downriver. We also manage four solid waste facilities for household trash, construction debris and yard waste.
At Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Utilities, we are committed to enhancing our level of customer service. The following survey is designed to provide information on how our services are valued and perceived by our customers. We want to know what you think about the quality of our water, sewer and solid waste services and invite you to take a few minutes to complete this survey.
ETC Institute, our survey provider, will gather the information submitted by WSFC Utilities customers. Your individual responses on this voluntary survey will remain confidential and the results will help us identify potential areas for improvement.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey. We truly value your thoughts and feedback.
